The Hijacking of Horizon Air Flight 4410 (Alaska Airlines)

A Horizon Air Bombardier Q-400 similar to the Horizon Flight 4410

Well, then. We have all heard of aircraft hijackings, correct? Remember 9-11? Well, today, this fact is actually about another hijacking involving Horizon Air, a small branch that sprouted from Alaska Airways. Apparently, as rumors and reports go, they say that the man hijacked the aircraft as a suicidal attempt, and while suicide is never a good thing, the man, sadly, achieved suicide. The man's name is Richard Russell, a employee of Alaska Airlines, specified for Horizon Air. He loads bags onto aircraft, which if you ask me, is a pretty low-ranking job at Alaska Airlines. Richard was 28 at the time he had stole aircraft. A question was raised later after the crash; How did Richard Russell know how to fly? He only worked as a ground crew loading bags and de-icing planes. He responded that "I have only flew planes in video games, so I sort of know what I'm doing" (Not direct words). Richard did lots of extreme flying for over an hour until he crashed into a island some 30 miles away from Seattle.

So, this incident teaches you a lesson: DON'T HIJACK AIRCRAFT!
